Oklahoma City police reported that a father intervened and tackled Pastor Coghill after seeing him touch their nine-year-old victim inappropriately at a bus stop, leaving Coghill with a cracked skull and bloody mugshot, according to Sgt. Dillon Quirk from Oklahoma City Police. When Coghill turned around he confronted him head on while waiting until Coghill turned around again before confronting him – leaving Coghill bloodied, cracked skull, cracked ribs and bloodied.
