Tupac rapped about social injustices and the struggle for equality. His verses called for change, and many of his songs were critical of these problems. The emcee was able to communicate his feelings without being wordy or complicated. His ability to make the listener feel like they were there is a testament to his artistic talents.

Tupac gles studied jazz, poetry, and theatre and his unique rhythmic style was evident in his songs. He also had a masterful ability to layer his vocals without disrupting the flow. In 1995, Tupac was sentenced to nine months in prison for a sexual assault charge, which he vigorously denied. Despite the charges, he was released from prison firing shots and quickly began making music.

In 1990, Tupac was discovered by music manager Atron Gregory. He was working as a roadie and dancer for the Digital Underground and made his recording debut with the song “Same Song.” The song was featured on the soundtrack of the movie “Nothing But Trouble.” A month later, Tupac signed with Interscope Records, and released his debut album, 2Pacalypse Now, which reached the top spot on the Billboard charts.

Tupac grew up in a violent neighborhood in Baltimore, which resulted in his family moving to Marin City, California. The city was described by Vanity Fair as a “mean little ghetto.” His mother Afeni, who had become addicted to crack, and Tupac started selling it on the same streets. The rapper’s solo film career began in 1992 with the movie Juice, and in 1993, he starred in Poetic Justice alongside Janet Jackson.

Tupac gles died of gunshot wounds on September 13, 1996. His murder has never been solved. While there is no definitive evidence of the crime, many fans speculate that Tupac was murdered and then faked his death. His last song, “I Ain’t Mad at Cha,” was released two days after his death. Several people have also reported seeing Tupac since his death.
