She reiterated her conspiracy theory that the U.S. government had biological labs in Ukraine, and that this was a pretext for the Russian government to use them as a launching pad. Furthermore, she spoke at the conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), a gathering of far-right politicians and activists.
