Dwayne Johnson, better known by his nickname The Rock, is one of the biggest stars in the world. A member of WWE Hall of Fame and multiple Intercontinental Champion winner during his career, The Rock has also appeared as main eventer twice at WrestleMania.

There have been various reports suggesting The Rock could make his comeback to WrestleMania 39 to face Roman Reigns; however, that appears not likely.

Fans have been left devastated, yet it doesn’t mean The Rock and his wrestling career are done for. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio reported recently that The Rock has left “cracks in the door,” suggesting a possible comeback at WrestleMania 40 next year.

The dream matchup between The Rock and Reigns has long been desired by fans, yet has yet to materialize. Many attempts were made in the past to book this battle between these two superstars but all attempts failed.

As WrestleMania draws nearer, now is the time to see if The Rock can secure his match at this year’s big event. Hopefully we’ll hear more soon regarding it; after all, there is plenty of demand.
