Radzely is a marketing and advertising professional. She started her company, Doddle and Co., with her husband, Noah, who is a doctor. They both live in 14 time zones apart. Nicki’s two children, Noah and Aidan, are six and four.

Previously, Nicki worked for Johnson & Johnson as an Oncology Product Specialist. After a successful Kickstarter campaign, her product got noticed by the Sharks on Shark Tank. During her pitch, she valued her company at $5 million. Kevin O’Leary agreed to invest $250,000 for 10% of the firm. Sara Blakely, Lori Greiner, and Daymond John also offered a percentage of their shares. Although Nicki didn’t accept any of their offers, her business has been performing well in terms of sales.

For her efforts, Radzely received an Innovation Award from the Juvenile Products Manufacturing Association. Her product has been featured on several television shows, such as ABC’s BuyBuy Baby and Nordstrom. And it’s been sold on several websites, such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Amazon.

To date, the company has raised over $222,000 in funds, with the goal of reaching at least a $1 million annual revenue in the coming years. So far, they’ve been successful with their goal, with 25,000 units sold in the first four months.

There have been lots of reports on the success of the Pop Pacifier, and the company is on track to reach its goal. In October 2018, the company’s sales were at $1 million. Since then, it has been ramping up its Pop pacifier sales.
