My 600lb Life Alum Chay Guillory – Where Are They Now?

Chay Guillory left an indelible mark on viewers of TLC’s My 600lb Life show. The series chronicles morbidly obese individuals working with weight loss surgeon Dr. Younan Nowzaradan to shed pounds and improve their lives, inspiring thousands across the country along the way – Chay was no different; one of its youngest yet most determined participants, she made incredible progress under Nowzaradan’s care.

Chay was living with her grandparents and struggling to take care of herself when she first appeared on the show. Following the death of her grandmother, her food addiction escalated rapidly and nowzaradan helped her shed off more than 200 pounds; feeling better from having done so, Chay decided to identify as female (now going by Lola), which has kept her away from unhealthy eating habits.

Recently, she made headlines for posting an adorable post-wedding selfie to her Instagram account and received congratulations from many of her fans for being married! Unfortunately, not much is known about Patrick Mulvey and himself yet as they tend to avoid cameras as much as possible; but it seems they are doing great together and receiving well wishes from many fans of both.

Lola has been busy promoting her weight loss products and looking stunning in her promotional shots. Additionally, she’s been creating delicious-looking meals on Instagram that she shared with a friend recently!
