Chase Rice and Luke Combs Are Teaming Up For a New Tour

Chase Rice is no stranger to the spotlight. He played linebacker for University of North Carolina, worked in NASCAR’s pit crew and caused some drama with his performance on season 24 of “The Bachelor,” but that hasn’t stopped him from making music. The CMA Entertainer of the Year boasts a long list of connections in sports – including Barstool Sports’ Caleb Pressley and Luke Combs – that extend far beyond just music.

While playing football, Rice developed an affinity for beer and tailgates. His knack of telling stories while enjoying a cold one has earned him the nickname “Drinkin’ Guy.” It’s no surprise why his fans refer to him as the “Drinkin’ Guy.”

He’s got a special way of creating music. In addition to singing and writing, the 26-year-old is an accomplished guitarist and bassist. A member of Country Music Association’s esteemed Nashville chapter, he’s been nominated for multiple awards throughout his career.

The singer-songwriter is renowned for his energetic live performances and ability to engage with his audience. Touring for nearly a decade, his concerts always sell out quickly.

Unfortunately, his music has not been as successful as his live performances. Unfortunately, neither of his recent singles, “Whisper” or “Everybody We Know Does,” have managed to break into the Top 40 on radio stations. Additionally, due to Columbia Nashville’s policy of not releasing albums anytime soon, we won’t see an album release anytime soon from him either.

But he’s looking to change that with his new record and is bringing along some renowned artists with him.

He’s invited Tucker Beathard, Cam, Haley Georgia from EMI Records Nashville and rising singer/songwriters Jordan Davis and Cole Taylor to join him on his JD and Jesus Tour.

His show features an eclectic group of artists with various tastes and styles that are ideal for its success, which has already broken several stadium sales records around the world – making it his fastest-selling arena tour ever!

On the show, he’ll share stories about his life, songs and favorite things. Additionally, he will discuss his latest album “Getting Old.”

At his live show, Rice strives to get his audience on their feet and dancing along with him. He’ll sing and play a variety of genres such as country, bluegrass, folk, and rock music.

His set will feature some classic country hits as well as some modern tracks sure to please fans. Additionally, he’ll perform a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide,” written by his dad.

Another highlight of the show will be his rendition of Little Big Town’s hit song, “I Love You”. This will serve as a poignant ode to his late mother who passed away in 2022.

His voice is filled with emotion and he sings with an intense passion for music. He’s an ideal addition to any concert and promises his fans an unforgettable experience onstage.

Rice’s success in the music industry only promises him more success and fame. We can only hope that his fans give him all of the support and encouragement they deserve.
