Camp Flog Gnaw 2014

Last year, Odd Future’s Camp Flog Gnaw carnival/festival made headlines when Kanye West made an unexpected surprise appearance, but this year its lineup is sure to leave you amazed and ready for some sun in Los Angeles. Crew member Pharrell Williams leads this festival; with Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt, Rick Ross and more taking the stage you should definitely make time for this festival!

Tyler, the Creator has announced the dates for this year’s event which will take place November 9-10th. Along with this news he also posted a cryptic teaser poster bearing the tagline ‘The next chapter in our story begins now.”

Odd Future carnival (formally OFWGKTA or Odd Future carnival) is known for its exciting rides and games as well as food vendors, often chosen by its famed rapper to include some of hip-hop’s biggest names. Fans have made it an annual holiday tradition – it will likely continue doing so this year too!

FADER took a tour with festival producer Taco Bennett prior to the gates opening and agreed with his description that it felt like “Tyler’s brain had an aneurysm on Los Angeles”. With food vendors and carnival rides galore, taking it all in at once can be nearly impossible even with VIP access for the entire event.

Lil Yachty stole the show during his performance of “L.S.D”, making an unforgettable closing act of A$AP Rocky’s Too Cozy Tour this year and rounding out an outstanding day. Fans flocked to see Lil Yachty sing his hit track as part of its world premier. While Rocky won over fans quickly with his fan favorite status, Yachty left everyone gasping as his set came to a close with this powerful performance by him alone – truly closing off an unforgettable day for many attendees!

Masta Killah from Odd Future and current Wu Tang member was featured as part of Day 2. Despite the rain, his set brought immense energy from both fans and himself alike; with hits from both of his collections. Masta killed it with his finale song, “Sunlight”, that featured both an eye-catching sound design and intense drumming from him as the crowd went wild with joy!

On Day Two, A$AP Mob performed some classic hits and unveiled a song from their forthcoming project – it left everyone in attendance in high spirits, cementing its position as one of hip-hop’s must-attend events this year.
