Two Car Accident in Youngstown, Ohio

A two car accident in Youngstown, Ohio, has left two people injured. The crash took place on the 1700 block of Belmont Avenue. Two people were in a compact sedan when it collided with a moving truck. Both vehicles were damaged with front end damage. The two people in the car were treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to the hospital.

Police have not released the cause of the crash, but they say the driver may have had a medical emergency. The driver of the car was 39-year-old Niles resident. No one was inside the Burger King, but the crash was loud enough to cause a lot of damage to the restaurant.

The accident happened Monday in Youngstown. Police say the driver of one vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. Traffic was diverted onto Wirt Street while the accident was investigated. The freeway has since been reopened.
