Wonder Woman’s Co-Star Tracee Ellis Ross

As Wonder Woman’s co-star, Tracee Ellis Ross has earned multiple nominations and awards. In 2015, she was awarded an honorary doctorate of fine arts by Brown University. She currently lives in Los Angeles. Ross has a multi-year deal with ABC Signature.

Ross began her acting career as a child, working in the modeling industry and magazines. After graduating from college, she landed her first big break in the TV series Girlfriends, which ran from 2000 to 2008. She went on to star in several other shows and landed the role of “Claire” in the hit series Black-ish. She went on to win a Golden Globe for her work on the show.

While starring in Black-ish, Diana Ross has also lent her voice to other projects. The 2011 short film ‘Five’ featured her in a role that raises awareness for breast cancer. Later, she appeared in stage productions such as ‘Love, Loss, and What I Wore. In 2013, she co-hosted the BET awards show. Most recently, she played a successful physician on ABC’s ‘Black-ish’, a show about an upper-class African-American family with four children.

Since then, Tracee Ellis Ross has continued to grow as an actress. She starred in the critically-acclaimed film Five, and was nominated for both the NAACP Image Award and the Black Reel Award for Best Actress in a Television Movie. In addition, she has also volunteered in the community, including working with the Big Brother Big Sister program. She also hosted the 2018 American Music Awards.

Ross was born in 1972, and her parents are Motown singer Diana Ross and music business manager Robert Ellis Silberstein. She is also the half-sister of actor Evan Ross. She was a model in her teen years and studied at the Dalton School in Manhattan, the Institut Le Rosey in Switzerland, and Brown University. Her father is Jewish and her mother is African-American and Baptist. She has two sisters. In the 80s, she was photographed by Andy Warhol.

Ross’s career took off after the success of Girlfriends, which ran for eight seasons. The show received multiple NAACP Image Award nominations and two wins. She also won a BET Comedy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. She also landed some film roles.

In recent events, Tracee Ellis Ross has worn black outfits, including a double-breasted pantsuit and a Prada knit tank top. On her feet, she wore a pair of white Birkenstock leather Arizona’s. The white Prada logo on her shoes adds contrast and flex.
