Once Fey graduated college, she moved to Chicago and worked at a YMCA before beginning her courses with Second City. Although initially nervous, Fey quickly blossomed into an impressive success.

She quickly rose through the ranks of the comedy group and eventually earned herself a writing position – becoming its first female writer. Additionally, during Season 25 of the show she made her screen debut by co-anchoring Weekend Update with Jimmy Fallon.

Many famous moms opt for cosmetics in order to appear more appealing to paparazzi and look better on camera, but Tina Fey has chosen not to. Recently she stepped out with her 8-year-old daughter Alice without the signature makeup and looked just as charming without it.

She’s masterful at making herself appear natural, which can be challenging in today’s world of hi-def photography and televised paparazzi sightings. Gwyneth Paltrow is not alone in opting for minimal makeup; she’s been doing so for years.
