The Voice Battles Tonight

Tonight on The Voice, Coaches Niall Horan, John Legend, Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani will continue forming teams through battle rounds. Each Coach has two steals available during these battles that may help their Artist advance to Knockouts and possibly win it all! Tune in tonight on NBC at 8 pm ET or stream Peacock, Sling TV or Hulu Live TV for live viewing and streaming of this performance competition show!

Team Niall’s Nini Iris squared off against Sophia Hoffman of Team Sophie on Blondie’s Heart of Glass in a battle. Although both singers displayed exceptional talent, Nini outshone Sophia. While Niall found making his choice difficult, he ultimately chose Nini as his representative to advance further in the Playoffs.

Mara Justine and Claudia B performed “Son of a Preacher Man” before Gwen and John selected Mara due to her star quality and stage presence, while Claudia has more dynamic tones but both worked really hard despite this. John thought both performers had great energy together but ultimately decided on Claudia because of her clear tone and pure vocals.

At last, the Coaches brought Jackson Gill and Rudi Deejay together for their battle on “When You Say Nothing at All.” While both artists performed admirably, Jackson outshone all others with her incredible range and powerful vocals, taking the song to another level even at times with acapella performances! Rudi seemed intimidated at first to sing this country hit but did her best anyway with great runs and belting capabilities – something Reba noticed right away! Reba loved that both artists embraced the song with confidence on stage; she decided to hit her steal button to allow both artists a chance at moving on in competition by giving each artist another opportunity by hitting her steal button!

While The Voice battles heated up, fans were outraged by a small adjustment in broadcast. Instead of showing all performances in full, some battles were shown through montages instead – this upset viewers and many took to Twitter to vent their ire at this decision. One user tweeted their displeasure with this move by writing “STOP MONTAGING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE TIME TO SHOW BATTLES IN FULL!” Others stated they did not get enough time to enjoy performances and asked that this issue be corrected in future episodes.
