Symco Car Show

On Saturday, March 9th, Symco will hold its 13th annual Hot Rod and Kustom Weekender Car Show. The event will feature more than two dozen bands and artists performing throughout. The show will start at 11 a.m., and run until 5 p.m. The vendors include everything from antiques to pinup girl and automobilia.

The event is free for the public and attracts automobile enthusiasts from all over the country. Organizers are proactive in their efforts to protect attendees from illnesses by providing hand-washing stations and hand sanitizer. To ensure that attendees aren’t infected with illnesses, organizers wrap picnic benches.

Symco Shakedown, an outdoor car show and music festival featuring vintage hot rods from the Midwest, is huge. The event features hundreds of 1964 and earlier hot rods, custom cars, and vintage motorcycles. There are over 200 vendors at the event, including vintage parts and antique tin sings.
