A Fatal Car Accident Occurred in Columbia, South Carolina Yesterday

A fatal car accident in Columbia, South Carolina took place on Saturday afternoon. The crash occurred in the 7400 block of Monticello Road, near Columbia International University. One person was killed and two others were injured. The traffic safety unit of the Columbia Police Department is investigating the incident.

The names of the two men involved in the crash have not yet been released by authorities. Coroner Laura Kneece, of the Newberry County coroner’s office, said that the motorcyclist was 76 years old.
