Erik Charles Maund and His Wife Picture

Erik Charles Maund was a prominent car dealer, who worked in the automobile business and is the grandson of the founder of the car dealership company in Texas Hill Country. He was married to Sheri Maund and they had a son named Dough. However, when a murder scandal emerged, the public interest was heightened and Maund became an object of curiosity. Despite this, he has remained relatively private. But recently, details of the crime have made their way to the press. This leads people to speculate whether Sheri Maund is still in the US, and taking care of her child.

A federal indictment has been filed against Maund and three others for conspiring to commit kidnapping and murder. The men were allegedly hired by Maund. In addition to Maund, the indictment states that the three other men were former members of the military who work in private security companies.

According to the indictment, Maund enlisted Gilad Peled, Adam Carey, and Byron Brockway. Peled is an Israeli veteran who previously worked for the Israeli Defense Forces. Meanwhile, Brockway and Carey were former members of the United States Marine Corps. They were hired by Erik Charles Maund to kill his ex-girlfriend Holly Williams.

When Erik Charles Maund was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his former girlfriend, he was already married to Sheri Maund. At the time, he had a long-term relationship with his wife. Their marriage appeared to be solid, but their relationship was not without controversy. Moreover, he had been sending texts to Holly Williams, and was texting her before their scheduled visit to Nashville.

Ultimately, the two women were found dead in a car in Nashville on March 12, 2020. According to the indictment, Maund paid three men $750,000 to transport him to Tennessee. That amount was reportedly transferred from Maund’s bank account to the accounts of Peled, Brockway, and Carey. As a result, the indictment alleged that the money was a part of a murder for hire.

The indictment also claims that Peled told Maund that a co-conspirator was demanding more money. Maund supposedly agreed to pay $25,000 to Peled. In return, Peled told Maund that he would receive a document from Brockway describing the findings of a surveillance operation.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Peled was an avid gambler. However, it was also learned that he had a Pinger account, which was set up to communicate with Lanway. It was also discovered that the account supposedly belonged to another person, who was a part of the conspiracy.

After the indictment was filed, investigators went on to uncover several other possible suspects in the case. In addition to Maund and his associates, it was revealed that one of the men indicted for the conspiracy was a North Carolina resident.

All four men face a potential life sentence in prison if they are convicted. However, this does not mean that the men are guilty of anything.
