Cars Toons DVD Collection

Cars Toons is a collection of animated shorts based on the film Cars. The show is produced and aired on Disney Channel, Disney XD and Freeform. It premiered on October 2008 and continues airing new episodes. This collection includes Mater’s Tall Tales, Rescue Squad Mater, El Materdor, Heavy Metal Mater, Monster Truck Mater, and Moon Mater.

Cars Toons are part of the Disney*Pixar Cars Diecast series. As of October 2009, the line featured several die-casts. This includes the entire first season two, although it does not include Mater Private Eye. Moreover, there is a video game based on the show, called Mater’s Tall Tales, which debuted on October 19, 2010.
