Carrie Underwood Performance At Cma

Carrie Underwood Performance at the Country Music Association Awards

Carrie Underwood was one of the stars at this year’s 56th Annual Country Music Association Awards. She competed against singers like Morgan Wallen, Chris Stapleton, and Miranda Lambert. The show was broadcast live on ABC, and it’s now available to watch on Hulu.

The singer made her way to the red carpet in a stunning, two-toned dress. Her blue gown was part of La Metamorphose’s fall 2022 couture collection. It featured textured fabrics, glittering embellishments, and a thigh-high slit. A matching asymmetrical skort also joined the ensemble.

As she stepped onto the stage, Underwood wore a golden blonde hairstyle with loose waves. Her eyes were shaded with thick black eyeliner. Her face was adorned with a diamond heart earring. She also wore a pair of Angara rings.

In addition to performing, she was also honored for her contributions to the country music industry. In the past, she’s won the Entertainer of the Year award. Now, she is competing against her former co-star Miranda Lambert. She’s also nominated for Musical Event of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

Carrie teamed up with David Garcia to create her latest single, “Hate My Heart”. This song is a breakup anthem that features a group of female friends attending a downtown Nashville concert. In the music video, the group is seen performing a song. At the end, the group comes together to chant the lyrics: “I hate my heart”.

Before she performed onstage, she had a tribute to Loretta Lynn. The song was accompanied by a video of Lynn winning the same award in 1972. Meanwhile, pyrotechnics filled the arena. With a geometric heart soaring above, Carrie led the pack with a performance of her new song.

After her performance, she walked to the stage with husband Mike Fisher. They sported navy suits. His suit was a single-breasted Italian wool suit. However, he wore a closely cropped beard. He also wore a black tie.

The singer then took to the stage for her performance of “Hate My Heart.” This was her second time at the CMAs. She’s been in the spotlight for her previous performances, including at the Grammys and the BMI Awards. In fact, she’s nominated for three trophies at the CMAs, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Musical Event of the Year.

During the CMAs, Underwood also sang her latest single, “Crazy Angels,” which is the song’s title track. She performed on a suspended spherical cage.

While the CMAs weren’t her first appearance on the red carpet, it was her first onstage performance since her Las Vegas residency. She also brought her Denim & Rhinestones tour to Nashville. Among the other artists who performed at the concert were Reba McEntire, Marcus King, and Luke Bryan. Also onstage was Katy Perry.

The upcoming performance of “Hate My Heart” will be part of her March 1 homecoming show in Louisville. Earlier this month, she also debuted her music video for the song.
