As an associate, you’ll be in constant contact with other staff members at Carillon Vision Care. In addition to answering phones and processing orders, you’ll be responsible for taking measurements and educating patients on proper care. Your work at the store may also include taking patient feedback and completing repairs. In addition, you’ll work with store managers and technicians to answer patient questions. You’ll also work with optical assistants to make sure everything goes smoothly.
