Patrick Mahomes may be one of the finest quarterbacks in NFL, but off the field he is just as charming and loving. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Brittany Matthews and daughter Sterling Skye. Alongside being a dedicated spouse and parent, Matthews also holds several highly esteemed business roles: as owner of Brittany Lynne Fitness as well as co-owner of NWSL franchise Kansas City Current.

Matthews hasn’t let her significant other’s NFL fame stop her from standing up for herself despite the constant scrutiny. Recently, she responded to an anonymous social media user who claimed she was too ugly for quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Matthews is not only an accomplished fitness trainer but she’s also a passionate animal rights activist with her foundation Brittany’s Buddies providing medical treatment and food to abused, neglected and abandoned dogs across the United States. Matthews often posts pictures of Steel and Silver celebrating Christmas together on her Instagram feed.

Matthews is also an Instagram fitness influencer with over one million followers who regularly shares workout videos and healthy diet tips on her Instagram account. Her posts often receive hundreds of comments and likes. Matthews credits playing professional soccer in Iceland for helping to shape her focus towards health and fitness as her career choice.
