A Body Is Found In Lake Worth Florida

Jon Lejiste of Greenacres had been reported missing over the weekend by his family. From 2008-12 he started 30 games as safety for USF’s Bulls while amassing 137 tackles, five sacks and three interceptions before his untimely demise was not considered suspicious by law enforcement authorities.

At 4 pm Sunday afternoon, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit responded to Bay Hill Village at Winston Trails development and located the body of 27-year-old man found floating in its lake. Medical examiner personnel took custody of his remains for autopsy.
