Twilight New Moon Script
New Moon Script Revealed
The Twilight saga is one of the most successful movie franchises ever, yet nearly didn’t make it onto screen.
In 2008, Summit Entertainment approved the first movie in the Twilight saga starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen. On its opening weekend, Twilight grossed an impressive $35.7 million dollars, becoming the highest-grossing original vampire film ever.
One year later, filmmakers released New Moon featuring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. Directed by Chris Weitz and written by Melissa Rosenberg, it followed in the footsteps of its predecessor with its familiar cast.
It’s a tale of love and loss, as well as an epic vampire vs werewolf battle.
Over the course of the film, Bella develops a close bond with Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), a cheerful werewolf who helps soothe her grief over Edward’s passing. However, before they can fully enjoy each other’s company, she is drawn into an age-old conflict between two groups of werewolves: Laurent and Victoria.
This script depicts Jacob and his pack defending Bella from Laurent and Victoria’s minions as well as an aggressive herd of vampires.
The movie also boasts some of the finest lines in its entire series, providing viewers with plenty of laughs.
It’s also the movie with the most remarkable stunt. But what makes it truly impressive is that this is an actual physical feat, not just a clever production trick.
Casey Ray, a beauty salon owner in St. Louis, managed to locate the top and newest scripts for both New Moon and Memoirs from Summit Entertainment’s slate. After returning them to the studio, she was offered tickets for both films’ premieres.
