The Judds Plastic Surgery
The Judds Plastic Surgery Actress
Ashley Judd is renowned for being an activist for women’s rights and body positivity. As well as serving on the UN Population Fund Goodwill Ambassador committee, Ashley’s plastic surgery has not stopped people from making assumptions about her appearance and making judgment calls on it.
Judd was victimized as a child, suffering abuse and loneliness as she was frequently bullied and teased by others. Only as an adult did she realize she needed help and reach out for support services.
Judd met her future husband when she was 16; he was an army officer-turned-conservationist whom they immediately began dating.
Judd was blessed with two children after her marriage: Ashley was born in 1968 while Tyler arrived a year later.
After moving with her family to California in 1972, she continued making a living from acting roles in films and TV shows.
In 2018, Judd filed a sexual harassment claim against film producer Harvey Weinstein. Her claim was eventually resolved with a district court ruling in her favor.
Since then, she has dedicated herself to fighting for female empowerment and gender equality. As an active voice for causes she strongly supports, her work can be found across the world.
She serves as an unofficial goodwill ambassador for the UN Population Fund and frequently appears in media reports. When advocating her cause, she often wears a T-shirt reading “This Is What Feminism Looks Like”.
Her appearance has generated much debate and online abuse from trolls who claim she underwent botched plastic surgery procedures.
However, she has answered her critics by explaining that her facial swelling is due to a nasal infection and that she receives regular Botox injections to combat painful migraines that she believes debilitate her life.
Ashley Judd enjoys spending her free time with her daughter Wynonna and granddaughter Bella as well as traveling and the outdoors.
She recently returned from Congo after experiencing a serious accident that resulted in serious injuries.
Accident happened while she was out conducting research to locate bonobos in Congo jungles; injury was so severe she nearly lost both legs.
Naomi Judd was her savior – part of country music duo The Judds with daughter Wynonna which would eventually be honored with induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2021.
Naomi Judd did not die of natural causes; rather she suffered from mental illness and committed suicide on April 20, 2020.
She was 67 when she passed, and had become well-known in both singing and activism circles. Additionally, she appeared in several movies and TV shows including Ruby in Paradise which debuted in 1993.
