Shoshana Vitale Gets $2.2 Million Settlement From Ex-Husband

After 10 years of marriage, Hot In Cleveland actress Amy Vitale and her husband Tom Vitale have officially separated.

After dating for several years, the couple tied the knot in 2011 at their Malibu home on a cliffside. Together they share a son, 31-year-old Wolfgang Van Halen.

Bertinelli and Vitale remain on friendly terms, despite their divorce. She even attended his second marriage to Janie Liszewski in December 2018.

Vitale has always had a business mind and was known for being an astute investor before he met the love of his life. Additionally, he’s passionate about giving back, contributing to various charities with his money.

He recently started a new job in LA, earning an alleged $16 an hour.

His new job comes as the former couple is engaged in a legal battle over money and their prenuptial agreement. In early July, Vitale filed numerous documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for spousal support and attorney fees.

Soon after, his wish came true with a whopping $2.2 million settlement from Food Network star Melissa Ray. With this generous award, the Food Network star agreed to pay her former husband such an astronomical sum of money.

There’s just one catch: according to her court filing, Bertinelli must give her ex-husband his $2.2 million before being allowed to leave their Malibu home.

Documents indicate she must also transfer her former husband’s substantial real estate holdings to him before December 31, so he can finally depart the Malibu home they shared forever.

The former couple’s divorce has been a long journey. They separated in November 2021 due to “irreconcilable differences” and filed for divorce the following May. Throughout the course of their battle, pictures have been taken both on and off the hot seat – most notably while arriving at the Golden Globes.
