Tim Dare

The Urgent Care of Sandfly recently celebrated its grand opening. Located at 7360 Skidaway Road in Sandfly, the healthcare clinic is open seven days a week. Hours are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. The clinic offers urgent care and primary injury care. It accepts most insurance plans.

Tim Dare, PA, has been practicing medicine in Savannah for over two decades. He is committed to reassuring his patients and thoroughly explaining the course of action to address their specific needs. Dare grew up in Vero Beach, Florida, and later attended Mars Hill University. After graduating from college, he attended South University and was a part of the first Physician Assistant class there.

Cory Stanley

Cory Stanley works at Sandfly Urgencare in Savannah, Georgia. He is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina. He enjoys mountain biking, running, and swimming. He has been competing in endurance events for 15 years. His recent accomplishments include completing two IronMan Triathlons and the Leadville 100.

Before working at Sandfly Urgent Care, Tim completed his Physician Assistance degree and worked in Internal Medicine. He later moved to Allergy and Immunology where he spent another seventeen years. He then moved to Sandfly Urgent Care and enjoyed the change. He is a patient-centric physician who enjoys solving problems for his patients and learning new things about medicine and business. He believes that developing relationships with patients is crucial to a healthy family environment.

Dr. Jerry Williams

In 2011, Dr. Jerry Williams opened his first clinic on Tybee Island, Georgia. He answered calls from island residents seeking medical care. Within a year, he opened a second location in downtown Savannah and a third in Sandfly. Since then, his clinic has grown to include six locations throughout the Savannah area.

He says that his patients can see a doctor at the clinic for a fraction of the cost of a traditional emergency room visit. He also provides primary care to people with good insurance for as little as $49 a month. That includes their yearly physical and four additional visits a year. Patients pay $20 for each visit, and he says that this model has grown by word of mouth and patient referrals.
