Before she achieved fame, she worked as a model for high-end brands like Prada, Gucci and Versace. Additionally, she acted in several movies and television shows; her most renowned roles being those in the drama series Las Vegas and Unhappily Ever After.
She was born on June 2, 1978 in Los Angeles, California to Meredith Avery Cox and Terry Kay Cox. A true natural beauty, she has starred in several successful films and television shows.

Nikki, a certified Physician Assistant, has extensive patient care experience. She completed her medical training in the U.S. Army’s active and Reserves programs before attending graduate school for Physician Assistant studies at University of New England; during that time she also completed two years of paramedic work in Detroit, Michigan. As part of her Master’s degree program in Physician Assistant studies at this same institution, Nikki completed all necessary patient care hours prior to graduation.
In her career in medicine, she has performed multiple surgical and nonsurgical procedures to enhance her patients’ skin health. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients reach their aesthetic objectives and feel confident about themselves.
