Niecy Nash Married Jay Tucker Without Telling Anyone
If you’ve been following the news recently, you may have heard about Niecy Nash’s wedding to Jay Tucker. The couple married on May 28th at the Church Estate Vineyard in Malibu. While the news was quite exciting, there were also a few details you may not have known. One of these was that she married without telling anyone.
Nash has a very diverse background. She is an actress, model, and comedian. Her most recent television appearances include her roles in Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Scream Queens. In addition, she has been the host of Style Network’s Clean House. She has also been nominated for an Emmy for her work in the series. Additionally, she received a Daytime Emmy for her work in the Clean House special.
Prior to her role on Clean House, she appeared in several other shows. This included the Comedy Central series Reno 911! (2003-2009), and a role in the Fox comedy pilot, The Enforcers. During her time on Clean House, she also provided voice work for Boots on the animated ABC Family series, Slacker Cats. During the show’s hiatus, she took on a recurring role as Lolli Ballantine on TV Land’s sitcom, The Soul Man (2012-2016).
Niecey’s parents, Don and Carol Denise, are both well-known in their own right. Both of them have worked as performers, producers, and models. Their daughter, Kate, has acted in films such as Cookie’s Fortune and Boys on the Side. Although she’s been relatively unknown outside of the TV world, she has gained recognition for her talents in print publications and on the internet. Aside from her work in the entertainment industry, she has been an on-air personality at New York’s legendary WBLS for three years. Now, she is co-host of the BET/Centric Entertainment Correspondent and BET Lifestyle Show.
After her role in The Soul Man, Nia Nash has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy for her performance. She also won a Critics’ Choice Television Award for her work in the role. And in 2016, she was featured in the HBO comedy Getting On, which starred Laurie Metcalf.
Another one of Nash’s television credits is the comedy series, Masters of Sex, which she starred in alongside James Franco. The show was a satire of the popular reality series, MasterChef. However, it wasn’t until the fifth season that she made her comeback, as she missed taping several episodes.
She has also been a guest on many other programs, including CNN’s Showbiz Tonight and B.E.T. Comic View. Furthermore, she has been featured as a pop culture pundit on WTVC/ABC News Channel 9, WTFV/BS News Channel 5, and BS/WTVC News Channel 5 for the past few years.
Recently, she has been featured as a music expert for Billboard Magazine, and she has been featured in numerous print publications and the Internet. With her new show, she’s looking to connect with her audience in an authentic and relatable way. When the show returns in March 2021, she will fill in for Nick Cannon.
