Niceville, Florida – A Car Accident Occurred Today

The Niceville Police Department is currently investigating a traffic crash that occurred today in the city. The incident happened at the intersection of State Road 20 and Rocky Bayou Drive. It appears that a motorcycle traveling westbound was hit by a 2013 Honda car traveling eastbound. Charges have been filed and the investigation continues.

Motorcyclist killed

A K-9 officer from the Niceville Police Department has been killed in a car accident today. According to Niceville police, K-9 Blue was in a traffic crash when the collision took place. The accident is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol. A memorial service for Blue will be held at a later date.
