Milky By Tia And Tamera Mowry
Milky by Tia and Tamera Mowry
Tia and Tamera Mowry have joined forces to launch milky, an herbal supplement designed by them and a leading food scientist that they hope will increase breast milk quality and quantity for new moms. By working closely together, these sisters created an effective yet convenient alternative for breastfeeding women who require extra milk production.
Milky is an herbal tea made with fenugreek that both sisters have found helpful for producing more breast milk for their children. It’s an all-natural herbal blend that’s easy to drink and tastes delicious; available either in bottle form or powder form that can be added directly into water for convenience.
In addition to their new line of fenugreek-infused teas, they’ve recently launched a breast milk supplement called Milky. It comes in a bottle and can be consumed by expectant moms-to-be.
After both sisters experienced issues with breast milk production during pregnancy, they sought advice from a maternity wellness expert and were advised to try fenugreek herbal tea. But neither sister enjoyed the flavor so they collaborated with a food scientist to create something easier to drink and safe for their son – all while making sure it met all safety regulations.
Tia and Tamera have been busy raising their daughter Cairo since May 2018, in addition to launching Milky. It has become a challenge for them to juggle all their commitments while raising Cairo and Cree. Nonetheless, they continue to thrive despite all challenges.
They’re getting ready to relocate their family to Atlanta, where they plan on shooting a TV series. Additionally, the couple wants to lose weight and find the perfect house for them.
Despite their hectic schedules, the sisters still make time to support one another. They even plan a family trip to South Africa where they’ll encounter wild animals and get up close with great white sharks.
Though they have a lot on their plate, especially with Cree in tow, the sisters are determined to make it work for them. They’re taking steps to guarantee Cree has the best start in life and also trying to foster bonds with their daughter.
While the sisters are juggling their lives and roles as new mothers, they’re also learning how to be better sisters. They strive to communicate more effectively, and they’re working on several projects together.
Tia’s due date draws closer and she begins to worry if she will deliver on time. Additionally, she struggles with morning sickness and lack of sleep.
Tia has started drinking a cup of milk each morning in an effort to increase her breast milk production. She also strives to eat more fruits and vegetables, and is determined not to smoke nor drink alcohol.
After watching a recent video of her sister drinking her breast milk, she wasn’t sure if it was the right decision. Medical professionals advise against drinking someone else’s milk as it can potentially lead to health complications.
