Lindsey Brianna Aguilar Found Dead in Her Room

There is an 18 year old girl that is on the loose for a crime she has yet to be convicted of. Her name is Lindsey Brianna Aguilar and she has a felony warrant for her arrest. She has not been seen since she was arrested and is now at large. While authorities have not provided much in the way of details, Aguilar is described as 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. It is believed that Aguilar’s girlfriend was involved in the incident.

The Phoenix Police Department has not ruled out the possibility of a third person, although they are not actively investigating the incident. Espinoza’s mother has also been told that the homicide is a work in progress. But it remains to be seen if Aguilar’s arrest will bring a resolution to this sad tale.

As for the incident, Aguilar and Espinoza were reportedly involved in a fisticuffs in the neighborhood of 38th and Wier avenues, which was supposedly prompted by a stray dog. According to the police, the two were involved in a scuffle that involved the dog, which left the victim with a swollen face and bloodied nose. However, the police did not believe the two fought to the death.

Another incident that caught the attention of investigators was a 16-year-old boy’s arrest on a charge of abandonment of a body. It is not yet known whether the 16-year-old actually killed the victim or was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Regardless, it is possible that the boy’s arrest was the proverbial icing on the cake. One would think that a 17-year-old girl would be more than willing to stick up for her young buddy. Nevertheless, the family has not lost their sense of humor and has already organized an 18th birthday celebration for their daughter.

Despite the fact that the 17-year-old is no longer alive, her family and friends have managed to keep her room, which includes a dresser and make up, intact. It is also worth noting that the girl’s room does not have the standard luxuries, such as a TV and a telephone, but it is still considered a luxury nonetheless.

Although there is no certainty that Aguilar will be brought to justice, the case is a cause for celebration and an important reminder that justice is indeed on the way. Until the culprits are brought to justice, the Espinoza family is ensuring that the carnage is not repeated. That includes keeping the occupants of the aforementioned car a mystery. They have compiled a list of suspects that they hope to present to the courts in the near future. Hopefully, a new and improved police force will be able to bring the case to a close.
