The Icon Short of Kendall & Kylie
Kylie Jenner has her hands full between clothing, makeup and Keeping Up With the Kardashians show, but now the supermodel is also busy building an expanding e-commerce retail brand which will feature swimwear. Kylie will soon unveil the Kendall + Kylie Collection for Topshop which already includes cami-cut ribbed thong bottoms similar to what Kylie wears on Instagram feeds – we can only imagine their appeal!
Drop Two has finally made an appearance on Kendall & Kylie’s online store this week! In true Kardashian fashion, this second installment of their must-have fashion line pays homage to the ’90s with mini skirts (inspired by Xtina according to Kylie), fanny packs, and sunglasses from Matrix series era sunglasses – it can only be purchased until June 5th 2019. Shoppers should hurry as this limited-edition offering won’t last forever.
Kylie Jenner has been busy lately, from walking down the Jacquemus runway pantless and unveiling her 818 Tequila business venture, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t take time for herself – she was seen lounging around at home this weekend wearing loungewear that she shared on her Insta grid.
Kylie donned a black tracksuit with white stripes down each side and accessorised with a matching beret and choker; furthermore she donned a white leather jacket featuring zipper pockets and an overlying belt with the large white buckles for her Instagram shot that earned over 600,000 likes.
Some fans took offense at Kylie’s look, accusing her of cultural appropriation and “exploitation at its worst”, yet Kylie remains proud of how she looks, posting to her Instagram: “I think this outfit is cute and I am not offended by any of the comments!”
Kylie made headlines again when TIME recently recognized her among their 30 Most Influential Teens list. Kylie joins Nobel Peace Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai, transgender rights activist Jazz Jennings and vloggers Bethany Mota and Rowan Blanchard among those honored on this list; Kylie being youngest person honored.
