Harry Styles Rocks Purple Pants With Embroidered Dragons

Harry Styles is one of the world’s greatest multi-hyphenates – a singer, rapper, actor and fashion icon. After starting off on The X Factor with some controversy in 2013, he rapidly rose to become an international star with signature Gucci looks that have become iconic worldwide.

He’s donned the brand on numerous ad campaigns, as co-chair of the Met Gala and at major awards shows and festivals around the world. Additionally, he admires its minimalist aesthetic.

In May 2017, the “Kiwi” singer was seen leaving a secret gig wearing purple silk pants with dragon embroidery. He quickly added rings and other accessories, signaling that this look would soon become an everyday staple in his closet.

At the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September 2017, Styles donned an eye-catching Gucci suit from their Fall-Winter 2015 collection that looked even better on him than it did on the runway. Paired with a white button-down shirt and black leather boots, this ensemble creates a dapper yet rock n’ roll aesthetic.

Harry’s signature Gucci look in 2016 was this blue and yellow print suit he wore to Love Magazine’s Miu Miu fashion show. To complement it, he paired the print with a white dress shirt, black blazer, and red boots.

His outfit had a retro flair, making him stand out from the rest of the crowd. Not to mention he paired it with red Adidas trainers and an elegant beaded necklace (which we must admit was probably his favourite accessory).

At the 2020 Brit Awards, He dressed up in Gucci gear. Wearing a brown double-breasted suit from their fall 2020 show and accessorizing with a purple marl sweater, the singer looked effortlessly chic.

Styles has taken his style game to new heights since departing One Direction to pursue a solo career. His wardrobe features high-end basics alongside playful finishing touches, such as velvet double-breasted suits, pastel flares and ruffled shirts that appear across his ever-expanding selection of looks.

This week, however, he’s taken things to the next level for his show in Munich. A gif of him dancing in skin-tight purple pants is making waves on social media and getting people very excited.

Celebrating Harry’s upcoming gig in such an unconventional way is a testament to his fandom and affinity for Gucci products.

Given all the different ad campaigns and ad-free songs he’s had to release since leaving One Direction, it’s safe to say he has had to get creative when it comes to personal style. That’s why we’ve curated some of our favorite looks from his most daring Gucci moments below – hopefully inspiring you to channel some of his energy and create your own sartorial masterpiece!
