Gina Lanzatella was happy to be back in the United States when she returned home last year. She and her children love living in North Pocono High School, and she has a passion for making things with her needle and thread. She began making custom designs for her friends and family. But things changed when Geri Featherby became a drama teacher at the school and needed a costume coordinator to help with West Side Story.

Gina, a lifelong horse lover, was naturally interested in biomechanics. Karen Peck, a seasoned horse trainer, taught Gina about horse movement. She chose to concentrate on a discipline that required more technical judging such as dressage over cutting or reining and sold her truck and trailer to the family who had adopted Marcel. Her boyfriend moved to Poland, and she began a career in dressage.

Her crime was embezzlement and she claimed to have stolen money. However, she denies that she was involved in the suicide attempt on a man. In addition to her conviction, Gina opens up to Red about her life and past. She was a participant in a Berdie Rogers drama workshop, and she shares her story about her manipulative mother. She also revealed that she is a recovering addict who attends Berdie’s drama workshop.
