How to Use Giftnet to Reward Employees

GiftNET online customer assistance is available by phone and email from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Weekends are not available for the company. For your convenience, gift net also offers a TTY service. You can also use the email option if you are unable to reach a live person over the phone. Then, write the nature of your questions and choose the appropriate method of delivery (State, Federal, or International). It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for your package to reach you.

To process gift claims online, GiftNet requires a company number. This code is usually provided by your employer so that you can claim gifts through the GiftNet website. If you don’t have a company code, contact your local human resources department. HR representatives aren’t supposed to look like lobsters but they might be able to help. Giftnet offers many gifts to recognize employees for different achievements.

Parker Hannifin is one example of a company which has successfully introduced the GiftNET program. The program is now being used by both domestic and foreign employees. The initial implementation was challenging, as the gift options were limited and the recipients weren’t very happy. Employees felt that the program was too inconsistent and had too many repetitions. A human resources executive received orders from employees via email and manually compiled them into a spreadsheet. The vendor refused to ship internationally, so gifts were sent twice to overseas employees.
