Maine Police Are Investigating a Fatal Car Accident That Occurred Yesterday

Authorities in Maine are investigating a fatal car accident that occurred yesterday. Two teenagers, aged 16 and 19, were killed in the crash. Their identities have not yet been released, but family members are seeking justice. The crash occurred on Route 4 near Sanford, Maine. A crash reconstruction is being conducted by the state police. The driver of the BMW was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Traffic was delayed for two hours in the area due to the crash. Both vehicles were traveling at high speeds. The drivers did not appear to be drinking or impaired. It is not clear whether alcohol or drugs were involved in the fatal car accident.

A male driver and his passenger were traveling at a high speed when the driver of a sport utility vehicle crossed the center line of Route 69.
