“Dora and the Lost City of Gold” is a young girl’s adventure through the jungle. She’s never been to high school, so she doesn’t know what to expect. With the help of her friends, Boots, her pet monkey and a band of teens, she sets out to save her parents, and solve the mystery surrounding a lost Incan civilization.

Although it’s not a perfect movie it’s still a fun movie that will entertain all ages. The film is a PG-rated family film with some mildly scary scenes, but overall, the plot is mostly positive and has many positive messages. For younger children, it is a great way to teach them a little about adventure and self-expression. For adults, there are many moral lessons woven throughout. The movie’s protagonist learns to embrace her uniqueness and find peace within herself.

Throughout her childhood, Dora and her parents have explored the jungle and never had to experience high school. Now, she must navigate the dangerous world of high school as a teenager, accompanied by Diego and Boots, who are her companions. Together, they solve the mystery of a lost Incan civilization and rescue their parents. This story is about adventure, friendship, and conquering challenges.
