You can cancel your subscription at any time, though it’s recommended that you do so prior to the end of your next billing cycle. To do this, sign into your account and select’manage subscription’ on the left-hand side of your screen. This will bring you to a new page where you can choose why you would like a refund; usually within 3-5 days after selecting this option, the funds will appear back in your account.
