So it should come as no surprise that she and her peers frequent Butter, an Upper East Side hangout.

What’s more, the ice cream slushies have been served up by an elegant (albeit pricey) staff. Although its name may not be quite as catchy as that of Clock Tower, a look inside shows just as much charm.
